Surcharges
The mandatory cleaning fee includes the final cleaning of the rental property as well as the laundry for all the sheets and towels.
For the electric heating of the pool, a flat rate of 10 Euros per day or 200 Euros per month will be charged. You can decide at the house if you want to use the pool heater or you can instruct us to have the pool already heated at the time of your arrival (Max. 28 C / 82.4 F).
Pool heating is recommended during colder months (January / February).
